Remembrance services, ceremonies and speeches have taken place all across Wales as masses of people have gathered to pay their respects to fallen servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.



A former Sea Cadet is making a name for himself on Britain’s biggest showbiz stage.


As a child, Jay James Picton followed his mother to join his local Sea Cadets unit and now as an adult, he’s serenading the nation on television as part of ITV’s X Factor show.

Cardiff and Vale Mental Health Board will host the 'Looking After Our Veterans' event on Monday 3rd November 2014.


The veterans' mental health meeting will begin at 10:30am and held at Maindy Barracks (CF14 3YE) in Cardiff.



This weekend, 22 Junior Sea Cadets between the ages of 10-12 took part in a fun filled activity camping weekend.



On Saturday, Dyfed and Glamorgan ACF claimed first place in the Royal Artillery Cadet Trophy 2014 competition.



It's been a very busy time for Lt Rachael Broughton, the Reservist who has visited the Young Reserve Officers Workshop in Germany and then taught a class of school children about NATO in front of Prime Minister David Cameron and President of the United States Barack Obama.
