RFCA for Wales build, maintain and invest in the reserve and cadet estate across the country.
The dedicated Estates and Facilities team work with over 120 approved contractors and consultants to improve and expand the capability of the Armed Forces in Wales.
In all, the Estates team is responsible for more than 400 buildings and 880 assets, ranging from cadet huts to multi-million pound properties. These span the length and breadth of the country and provide reserves and cadets with the venues where they work and train to unlock their true potential.
RFCA for Wales is funded to maintain, refurbish and sustain the reserve and cadet estate. Staff carry out regular works on all aspects of the estate’s management, including; annual inspections, essential repairs, lease negotiations and health and safety compliance.
The RFCA for Wales Estate Documents Area is password protected and hosted on the RFCA Cloud. This area is exclusive to contractors, site managers and Estates staff.
