Cadet organisations in Wales have suspended all activity with immediate effect due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The pandemic, declared by the World Health Organisation is causing global disruption, and as well as the suspension of all Cadet Force activity, events which RFCA for Wales was either running or involved with have been postponed or cancelled.
March 19: Lord-Lieutenant of Clwyd’s awards ceremony – cancelled
March 26: Lord-Lieutenant of Mid Glamorgan’s awards ceremony – postponed
May 7: Mid and West Wales Regional Forum
May 21: North Wales Forum and Kinmel opening
It is likely further events and activities will be affected and we will update the list when we know of further developments. Please keep checking our social media channels for the latest information.
The immediate suspension of all Cadet Force activity was made in line with Government direction on the pandemic.
